These Terms govern your use of Voice Inbox. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
Voice Inbox lets you capture voice notes, transcribe and organize them, and optionally sync or use AI features with a paid Pro subscription. Features may vary by platform and plan.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the audio and text you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only as needed to provide the app (including optional sync and AI).
3. Accounts
You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account and data in Settings, or contact support.
4. Subscriptions & ads
- Free tier may show ads.
- Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription or other in-app purchase via Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service (including unlawful content, attempts to disrupt infrastructure, or reverse engineering beyond what law allows).
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” Transcription and AI output may be inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyzam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data arising from your use of Voice Inbox.
