• You can use Settle AI without an account at first. If you need paid features or continue beyond free usage limits, you must create an account.
• When an account is created, we store account login information in our database.
• Supported login methods include username/password, Google account login, and Sign in with Apple on iOS.
• We process user-provided text and images to deliver bill analysis and related AI-powered features.

How We Use Information

• To provide core app functionality, including bill and content analysis.
• To manage free usage limits, subscriptions, and paid features.
• To authenticate users and secure account access.
• To improve model prompts, quality, reliability, and support workflows.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service with trusted providers. This includes sending user text and images to OpenAI via OpenAI's API endpoints (for example, https://api.openai.com/v1/responses) to generate analysis and responses requested by users. Because users may submit bills and related documents, the content shared with OpenAI can include sensitive financial details that appear in those documents.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
